Most residential design projects start with an in-person consultation. We walk the property with you, discuss how you want to use the space, and confirm details like dimensions, timelines, and budget. From there, our design team develops a plan that reflects your vision and the specific conditions of your property.

Depending on the scope of the project, we can provide 2D drawings or 3D renderings to help you see how the finished space will look and function. Every project includes two free rounds of revisions so you can review the plan and refine it before any work begins. At Miller Creek, we treat design as a collaborative process from the first meeting through final approval.
