This residential project began with a critical issue below the surface. The property was experiencing frost movement due to poor drainage, causing instability around the home. Before any visual improvements could be made, the priority was to engineer a long-term solution. A comprehensive drainage system was designed and installed along the north side of the property, correcting the problem at its source and creating a stable foundation for the transformation that followed.

With the underlying issue resolved, the project evolved into a full-scale landscape renovation. The existing landscape had been improperly installed by previous contractors, requiring a complete redesign to achieve both functional performance and a cohesive, high-end aesthetic.
