“As we are situated at the bottom of the hill, drainage was a concern that was addressed through “French” drains, a retaining wall and appropriate topsoil placement and sloping. The project evolved from installation of the initial drainage focus to installation of a paver patio with pond and waterfall, driveway, retaining wall and sidewalk. Additionally, we utilized stones from old retaining walls on the property in building a dry stack retaining wall, accents around the pond and walking paths.”
