Requirements
- Clean driving record, with valid driver's license
- CDL Preferred
- DOT Medical card
- Shrubs, trees, perennials and fertilizer knowledge
- Knowledge of installation of pavers, retaining walls, ponds, and plantings
- Equipment Operation
- Communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure
- Efficient
- Team oriented
- Work evenings and possible weekends
Duties Include
- Site and crew management on and off-site
- Ensure crew has necessary materials & equipment to execute project
- Managing projects from ground breaking to completion
- Executing necessary paperwork
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and executed
- Installation of pavers, retaining walls, ponds, and plantings
- Assist with sale of add-ons
- Assist management in building strong client relationships
- Work with client on how to care for their new landscape
These duties are not just limited to the above; they will also include any area where Miller Creek needs assistance.
