Requirements

  • Clean driving record, with valid driver's license
  • Knowledge in annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees
  • Display experience preferred
  • Communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Team oriented
  • Enjoys working in retail environment
  • Work evenings and weekends

Duties Include

  • Assisting customers
  • Selecting site appropriate plant material for customer
  • Selecting appropriate fertilizers, chemicals and landscape materials
  • Pricing and inventorying
  • Setting up and maintaining displays
  • Cashiering
  • Maintain plant material
  • Equipment operation
  • Occasional answering of phones
  • Assisting Director of Operations in daily tasks
  • Assist management in building strong customer relationships

These duties are not just limited to the above; they will also include any area where Miller Creek needs assistance.
