Cole has a lifelong passion for the outdoors. His journey began at just 16, when he took his first job working outside—and he’s never looked back. Surrounded by landscaping throughout his upbringing, and inspired by the people around him who shared that same love for transforming outdoor spaces, Cole discovered his calling early on. What started as hands-on experience grew into a vision: to create beautiful, functional landscapes that bring people closer to nature. That vision became not just his career, but his life’s work.

A true outdoor enthusiast, Troy started the company with not much more than a lawn mower, a couple of shovels, and the determination to build a company himself. Now, over three decades later, Troy has built his company into three divisions of Design. Build. Maintain.

Natasha ensures that our operation runs smoothly and efficiently. You will find Natasha in our main office, working with clients, placing orders, preparing Quotes, keeping up with safety and OSHA regulations and managing our operations.

When Natasha is out of the office, she enjoys spending all of her time with her family and friends, which includes her 12 year old son and 8 year old Golden Retriever, Ragnar, doing outdoor activities and playing at and on the lake.  

Nick leads our marketing efforts with creativity, strategy, and a genuine passion for connecting people with our brand. He brings a results-driven approach to every project, blending innovation with a deep understanding of what resonates with our audience. His work helps shape the way we share our story and build lasting relationships with our customers.

When he’s not developing marketing campaigns, Nick enjoys spending time outdoors and fishing. Whether on the water or exploring nature, he finds inspiration in the outdoors that carries over into his professional life.

Dusty brings a people-first approach to Human Resources, ensuring that every team member feels supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. With a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture, she focuses on building connections and creating an environment where employees can do their best work.

Outside of the office, Dusty enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new places through travel.

As a Project Manager, Dan combines his love for the outdoors with his expertise in landscaping to ensure every project is completed with care and precision. He takes pride in bringing clients’ visions to life, coordinating teams, and overseeing details to deliver outdoor spaces that are both functional and beautiful.

When he’s not managing projects, you’ll often find Dan outdoors, enjoying time in nature or fishing. His passion for the natural world inspires his work and reflects the values of our company.

With over 30 years of experience with Miller Creek, Matt has developed a keen ability to lead cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and deliver projects.

When Matt is not working, he spends time watching NASCAR, working on projects, and watching his two daughter’s dances.

Jared specializes in designing and estimating projects with hardscapes, retaining walls, and drainage. Starting with the company in 2018, he has built a strong rapport with clients of effective communication, time management, and practicality.

Outside of landscaping, Jared owns an Alpaca farm inspired by his five daughters.

Brett has been an integral part of our team since 2015, bringing over a decade of dedication and expertise to his role as Softscape Foreman. With years of hands-on experience, he takes pride in creating outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and enduring. Brett’s leadership and commitment to quality make him a trusted guide on every project.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys taking nature walks with his dogs and spending time in his garden.
